Arrow Flow — Account & Data Deletion

Arrow Flow (com.game.arrowflow) lets you play without signing in. If you use optional Google Sign-In or appear on online leaderboards, we store some data in the cloud. This page explains how to request deletion of that data.

What you can do in the app

These options are available in Settings and affect your device or sync status only. They do not delete cloud data we already stored for your account.

Disconnect Google Sign-In

1. Open Settings
2. Under Cloud Backup & Sync, tap Disconnect Profile

This signs you out of Google, stops backing up new progress to the cloud, and creates a new local anonymous session. Your existing cloud save and leaderboard entries remain until you request deletion below.

Reset local progress

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Reset Progress, then tap again to confirm

This clears gameplay data stored on your device (levels, XP, medals, streaks, and similar). It does not remove cloud backups or leaderboard entries tied to your account.

Uninstall the app

Removing the app deletes all on-device data. Cloud data linked to Google Sign-In or your Firebase account ID is not removed automatically.

Request full account & data deletion

To delete cloud save data, leaderboard entries, and your Firebase authentication record, email us from the address linked to your Google account (if you signed in with Google).

Subject line: Arrow Flow account deletion request

Please include:

• The Google account email you used to sign in (if applicable)
• Your in-game display name (shown on leaderboards)
• Approximate date you last played (helps us locate your records)
• Confirmation that you want all associated cloud data permanently deleted

If you never signed in with Google, you can still request removal of leaderboard entries by providing your display name and any details that help us identify your anonymous profile.

What we delete

After we verify your request, we permanently delete:

• Your Firebase Authentication account (Google-linked or anonymous, as applicable)
• Your cloud save profile (progress, XP, medals, streaks, stats, and related gameplay fields)
• Your entries on global, daily, and weekly leaderboards
• Legacy cloud profile data stored under your account identifier

What we do not delete

• Advertising data collected by Google AdMob (for example, advertising ID and ad interaction logs). Manage or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads. See Google's ads policy.
• Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identifies you, where retention is required for security or legal compliance.
• Data we must keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms (typically only for a limited period and not for gameplay purposes).

Processing time

We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account before deleting data.

After deletion

• Cloud progress cannot be restored for that account.
• You can continue playing locally or sign in again with Google to start a new cloud profile.
• Leaderboard rankings under your previous display name will no longer appear.
