Arrow Flow Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Arrow Flow ("we", "our", or "the app") is a free mobile puzzle game
(Android package: com.game.arrowflow).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it,
and the choices you have.
Summary
- You can play without signing in — progress is stored on your device.
- Optional Google Sign-In backs up and restores your game progress across devices.
- The app shows Google AdMob ads (rewarded and interstitial).
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Gameplay and app data
- Level progress, stars, XP, medals, streaks, hints, settings, and similar gameplay data.
- Leaderboard entries: a display name (or Google display name), score (XP), and timestamp.
- Local data is stored on your device using on-device storage until you uninstall the app or reset progress in Settings.
Google Sign-In (optional)
If you choose to sync your progress with Google, we receive information from your Google account
through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication, including:
- Email address
- Display name
- A unique account identifier (Firebase user ID)
We use this information only to identify your save, merge progress across devices,
and restore your backup. Sign-in is optional — you can play without linking a Google account.
Anonymous account
On first launch, the app may create an anonymous Firebase account so leaderboards and online
features work. This anonymous ID is not linked to your Google account unless you sign in.
Advertising data (Google AdMob)
Arrow Flow is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob.
We show rewarded ads (for optional in-game rewards) and interstitial ads (between levels).
AdMob and its partners may collect and process:
- Advertising ID (GAID on Android)
- IP address and general device information
- Ad impressions, clicks, and interactions
- Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery
We request non-personalized ads where supported by the SDK.
AdMob uses this data to show ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud,
under Google's advertising policies.
Technical and diagnostic data
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Crash logs and performance data processed by Firebase and Google services to maintain reliability
How we use information
- Save, restore, and sync your game progress (when you sign in with Google)
- Display leaderboards and multiplayer match features
- Show and measure advertisements through Google AdMob
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix bugs
- Improve stability and gameplay experience
Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where applicable, we process data based on:
- Contract / app functionality — saving progress, leaderboards, and core game features
- Consent — optional Google Sign-In; personalized ads where you opt in via device settings
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and service improvement
Third-party services
We use the following third parties that process data under their own privacy policies:
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above
as needed to operate the app (for example, Google processes Sign-In credentials and AdMob serves ads).
Leaderboard display names and scores are visible to other players on public leaderboards.
Data retention
- On-device data — retained until you uninstall the app or use "Reset progress" in Settings.
- Cloud save data — retained while your Google account remains linked. Disconnect Google Sign-In in Settings to stop syncing new data.
- Leaderboard entries — retained while your account is active; contact us to request removal.
- Ad data — retained according to Google AdMob's policies.
Your choices and rights
- Play without signing in — progress stays on your device only
- Disconnect Google Sign-In at any time in Settings → Cloud Backup & Sync
- Reset local progress in Settings
- Reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads
- Opt out of personalized ads via Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Arrow Flow is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We use industry-standard services (Firebase Authentication, encrypted HTTPS/TLS, and database security rules)
to protect cloud data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries where Google and Firebase operate,
including the United States. Google provides appropriate safeguards as described in its privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change
when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
